Repairs, Exchanges & Credit Policy
We are sorry that you are not fully content with your jewelry, your satisfaction with our creations matters greatly to us and we do appreciate your feedback.
At this time, we are unable to offer any refunds. However, we are happy to offer store credit, or repairs within 14 days of receiving your order.
To request an exchange or repair, contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a brief description of your issue with the product. Items returned, without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Please note, to be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
As the creations are timely to create, we feel a store credit will provide quicker gratification to our customers. The credit will be given in the amount of the purchased item(s) plus tax (shipping fees are not refundable), and will be submitted once the item(s) have been received and deemed replaceable, or in need of repairs.
Once your item is received, it will be inspected at our studio to determine if a simple fix or if an exchange is in order. We will then contact you via email to let you know whether a mend is possible, or if an exchange is to be offered a credit will be issued.
When returning your item for exchange or repair, please include your original invoice and mail your return within 14 days of receipt to the address below. We are not liable for any returns lost in the mail, please insure your package and save your tracking information.
