There may be duties and/or customs taxes applied to your order (when ordering from outside of Canada) by your local government when delivery is made, or billed to you afterwards depending on where you live. We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately can not be reimbursed or refunded by Collections by Estelle.

We are unable to offer any refunds at this time. However, we are happy to offer store credit, or repairs within 14 days of receiving your order. Please refer to our Repairs, Exchanges & Credit Policy page for more information.

Most of the metal is gold or gold plated, but some of the components are brass. Brass naturally darkens and tarnishes (oxidizes) with time, the elements and even the ph of your skin. It is a natural occurrence and causes no harm. In fact some people prefer a slight oxidation as it gives the jewelry its own personal story of lovingly being worn. However you can easily wipe away any oxidation with simple jewelry cloth or jewelry polishing bar.
